摘 要:探讨了BIM技术在提水泵站工程中的应用现状、面临的挑战以及相应的优化策略。通过对某在建提水工程的分析,发现了在技术兼容性、团队技能、管理流程以及数据安全等方面存在的问题,并基于这些问题提出了一系列针对性的优化措施。旨在通过系统性的改进提升BIM技术的应用效果,促进提水泵站等复杂工程项目的顺利实施。This paper discusses the current application status,challenges,and corresponding optimization strategies of BIM technology in water pumping station engineering.Through the analysis of a water pumping project under construction,problems were identified in aspects such as technical compatibility,team skills,management processes,and data security.Based on these issues,we proposed a series of targeted optimization measures.The aim of this study is to enhance the application effectiveness of BIM technology through systematic improvements and facilitating the smooth implementation of complex engineering projects such as pumping stations.
