摘 要:在智能化矿井建设的背景下,通风系统逐步向自动化、智能化、绿色化的方向发展。通过对轿子山矿井的现场试验,围绕调度层、传输层和终端设备,设计了通风机智能监控系统的硬件与软件架构,硬件设计包含PLC选型、变频器选型、监控单元;软件设计包含流程图、程序说明、上位机组态。该系统具有多模式运行、智能风量调节、视频监控、故障报警等功能,对矿井通风过程进行监控,有效提升了矿井通风系统的自动化与智能化水平,增强了系统的安全性、可靠性及运行效率,为智能化矿井建设贡献了新的技术力量。In the context of intelligent mine construction,ventilation systems are gradually developing towards automation,intelligence,and greening.Through on-site testing of Jiaozishan Mine,the hardware and software architecture of the intelligent monitoring system for ventilation fans was designed around the scheduling layer,transmission layer,and terminal equipment.The hardware design includes PLC selection,frequency converter selection,and monitoring unit,while the software design includes flowchart,program description,and upper computer configuration.The system has functions such as multi-mode operation,intelligent air volume regulation,video monitoring,and fault alarm,which monitor the ventilation process of the mine,effectively improve the automation and intelligence level of the mine ventilation system,enhance the safety,reliability,and operational efficiency of the system,and contribute new technological strength to the construction of intelligent mines.
