摘 要:针对当前国内炼化装置设备存在的“老龄化”趋势,以及由此引起的安全隐患问题,基于当前所存在的不足,提出基于损伤模式识别、安全评估并结合全面完备的在线检测(监测)等手段的炼化装置老旧设备安全保障一体化的技术路线,并将此技术路线应用于某大型石化企业中。结果表明:应用该技术路线可找出老旧设备的安全隐患,可提升企业针对老旧设备的管理水平。该技术路线可为当前炼化装置老旧设备所面临的困难提供技术指导。Aiming at the current trend of"aging"of domestic refining and chemical plant equipment,as well as the hidden safety problems caused by it,based on the current dificiencies,we put forward a technical route of integrated safety of aging refining and chemical plant equipment based on the identification of damage patterns,safety assessment,and combination of comprehensive and complete online detection(monitoring)and apply this technical route to a large-scale petrochemical enterprise.The application results show that the application of this technical route can find out the potential safety hazards of aging equipment and improve the management level of aging equipment in enterprises.This technical route can provide technical guidance on the difficulties faced by the aging equipment in refining and chemical plants.
