感性工学视角下基于形状文法的电动叉车造型设计

摘  要:目前多数电动叉车缺乏独特设计风格,为提高电动叉车造型设计质量,满足行业需求,提出一种结合感性工学与形状文法的造型设计方法以改进电动叉车造型。先通过感性工学相关方法获取用户对电动叉车相关感性意向评价,并基于用户评价得到用户偏好。之后,基于形状文法造型设计理论,通过研究当前市场主流电动叉车产品造型特征,提取影响电动叉车整体造型的平面形状特征。再通过平面形状创新推演得到新的形状并应用于电动叉车造型方案设计。为对电动叉车造型设计方案进行筛选,基于前期获取的感性意向评价,对意向词汇进行定性与定量分析,得出用户对电动叉车造型的感性需求,基于需求对造型设计方案进行评价筛选,得出符合行业需求的最佳方案,并对最终方案进行优化与完善。通过研究流程的构建与设计方案的评价,验证了形状文法与感性工学理论结合应用于电动叉车造型设计的可行性。At present,most electric forklifts lack a unique style.To improve the quality of electric forklift styling design and meet the industry’s needs,a styling design method combining kansei engineering and shape grammar is proposed to improve the styling of electric forklifts.First,through relevant methods of kansei engineering,users’perceptual intention evaluations related to electric forklifts can be obtained,and user preferences can be obtained based on user evaluations.Later,based on the shape grammar modeling design theory,by studying the styling characteristics of mainstream electric forklift products in the current market,the planar shape characteristics that affect the overall styling of electric forklifts can be extracted.Then,through innovative deduction of planar shapes,new shapes can be obtained and applied to the design of electric forklift styling schemes.In order to screen the styling design schemes of electric forklifts,based on the perceptual intention evaluations obtained in the early stage,qualitative and quantitative analyses are conducted on the intention vocabulary to obtain users’perceptual needs for the styling of electric forklifts.Based on these needs,the styling design schemes are evaluated and screened to obtain the best scheme that meets the industry’s needs.Finally,the final scheme is optimized and improved.Through the construction of the research process and the evaluation of the design scheme,the feasibility of combining the application of shape grammar and kansei engineering theory in the styling design of electric forklifts is verified.
