摘 要:针对传统的汽车应用型人才培养存在重理论轻实践、知识更新迭代慢以及校企合作不够深入导致人才供给侧与社会需求相脱节等问题,以产教融合为路径,研究“新四化”背景下汽车服务工程应用型人才培养模式。首先,制订与实施具有新时期特征的产教融合人才培养方案,创建校企融合的多层次教学体系,其中包括模块化课程体系、递进式实践体系和创新创业体系。接着,实施产教融合师资队伍、实践基地、专业课程、教学模式校企协同一体化建设,取得了产教融合人才培养模式的新成效,实现汽车服务工程专业内涵式发展,提升人才培养质量。In response to the issues of traditional automotive application oriented talent cultivation such as emphasizing theory over practice,slow knowledge updating and iteration,and insufficient cooperation between schools and enterprises which lead to a disconnect between the talent supply side and social demand,this paper takes the integration of industry and education as the path to research the cultivation mode of automotive service engineering application oriented talents under the background of the new four modernizations.Firstly,a talent cultivation plan for the integration of industry and education with the characteristics of the new era is formulated and implemented.Secondly,a multi-level teaching system integrating the school and enterprise is created,including a modular curriculum system,a progressive practice system,and an innovation and entrepreneurship system.Then,teaching staff,practice bases,and professional courses for the integration of industry and education,and teaching models integrated construction of school enterprise collaboration are implemented.Finally,new achievements are achieved in the talent cultivation mode of the integration of industry and education,the connotative development of automotive service engineering is achieved,and the quality of talent cultivation is improved.
