摘 要:单体液压支柱依据《煤矿支护手册》单伸缩支柱强度计算设定的条件和力学模型进行强度设计,但该设计方法将液压缸体简化,并没有考虑实际工作过程中液压的工作特点,忽略了缸内的液压与金属件通过液-固耦合工作形式实现支护的实际工况。通过液压及刚性材料组成部件的整体与分体受力分析,探讨了金属构件及液压受力的特点,对液压缸结构件配合参数、结构力学特点进行了探讨,分析了液压力与部件受力之间相互依附的受力特征,由此提出了液压缸设计、制造过程中的建议。The strength design of the single hydraulic prop is calculated according to the conditions and mechanical model set by the strength calculation of single telescopic prop in the Coal Mine Support Manual,but the design method simplifies the hydraulic cylinder block and does not consider the working characteristics of the hydraulic pressure in the actual working process,and ignores the hydraulic and metal parts in the cylinder to realize the support through the liquid-solid coupling working form.Through the analysis of the overall and split forces of hydraulic and rigid material components,the characteristics of metal components and hydraulic forces were discussed,the matching parameters and structural mechanics characteristics of hydraulic cylinder structural parts were discussed,and the force characteristics of the mutual dependence between hydraulic force and component force were analyzed,so as to put forward suggestions in the design and manufacturing process of hydraulic cylinder.
