摘 要:为研究截齿截割含节理煤岩的截割性能,采用CREO及ABAQUS软件建立有限元耦合模型进行数值模拟,分析牵引速度变化对截齿截割性能的影响规律。结果表明:截齿截割节理煤岩过程中,煤岩裂纹主要集中在煤岩与节理面交汇处,节理具有引导煤岩破碎的作用;牵引速度增加,截齿的截割力均值和峰均值皆增加,块煤率增大而比能耗降低。该研究可为提高采掘机械应对复杂地质条件的设计与研发提供一定的理论依据。In order to study the cutting performance of pick cutting coal rock containing joints,CREO and ABAQUS software were used to establish a finite element coupling model for numerical simulation,and the influence of traction speed change on the cutting performance of pick was analyzed.The results show that in the process of pick cutting jointed coal rock,the cracks of coal rock are mainly concentrated at the intersection of coal rock and joint surface,and the joint has the effect of guiding coal rock breaking.With the increase of traction speed,the mean value and peak mean value of cutting force of picks increase,the lump coal rate increases and the specific energy consumption decreases.This study can provide a theoretical basis for improving the design and development of mining machinery to cope with complex geological conditions.
