摘 要:掘进机截割部齿轮传动系统性能的好坏直接决定掘进机的使用寿命和传动效率。以某型掘进机截割部齿轮传动系统为研究对象,分析了掘进机截割部组成及齿轮传动系统,运用MATLAB对减速机齿轮传动系统振动特性进行研究和分析。研究结果表明:掘进机截割减速机输入一级中心齿轮和一级行星齿轮X向振动位移呈现单周期稳定波动,2个X向振动位移共振频率均在180 Hz左右;输入一级中心齿轮X、Y向振动位移小于一级行星齿轮X、Y向振动位移。该研究为掘进机截割部齿轮传动系统振动噪声的改善提供理论依据。The performance of the gear transmission system in the cutting section of the roadheader directly determines the service life and transmission efficiency of the roadheader.The gear transmission system for a certain type of roadheader cutting section have been taken as the research object,the composition of the roadheader cutting section and gear transmission system have been analyzed,and the vibration characteristics of the reducer gear transmission system have been studied and analyzed using MATLAB.The research results indicate that the X direction vibration displacement of the first stage central gear and the first stage planetary gear input to the cutting gear reducer of the roadheader exhibits a single cycle stable fluctuation,and the resonance frequency of the two X direction vibration displacements is around 180 Hz;the vibration displacement of the input primary central gear X and Y directions is smaller than that of the primary planetary gear X and Y directions.The research provides a theoretical basis for improving the vibration and noise of the gear transmission system in the cutting section of roadheader.
