摘 要:摩擦限矩器作为连采机、掘锚机传动系统中重要的组成部分,其可传递扭矩值是否满足设计需求决定了整个系统的可靠性。首先介绍了摩擦限矩器的主要结构及传递扭矩理论值的计算方法;然后对动载测矩方法和新提出的静载测矩方法进行详细对比;最后对不同规格的限矩器进行试验并验证了静载测矩方法的高效及准确性。该方法的应用极大地提升了山西天地煤机装备有限公司产品的可靠性和生产效率。As an important component of the transmission system of continuous mining machine and anchor excavator,the reliability of the entire system is determined by whether the torque value that can be transmitted by the friction torque limiter meets the design requirements.Firstly,introduced the main structure of the friction torque limiter and the calculation method for the theoretical value of torque transmission.Then,a detailed comparison was made between the dynamic load torque measurement method and the newly proposed static load torque measurement method.Finally,experiments were conducted on different specifications of torque limiters to verify the high efficiency and accuracy of the static load torque measurement method.Application of this method greatly improves the reliability and production efficiency of products of Shanxi Tiandi Coal Mining Machinery Co.,Ltd.
