摘  要:供液流量匹配的精确控制有助于减少矿山作业设备因液压波动而出现的故障,为此研究比例溢流阀压力补偿下矿用乳化液泵站泵头供液流量匹配控制方法,以泵站泵头在一定时间内完成所有动作乳化液流量负荷波动率和消耗能源量作为目标函数,建立矿用乳化液泵站泵头供液流量匹配控制模型,设置模型约束函数后,利用遗传算法求解供液流量匹配控制模型,得出控制结果。实验表明:该方法计算比例溢流阀当前压力数值较为准确,可迅速对比例溢流阀压力进行补偿,同时可有效对乳化液泵站泵头供液流量进行匹配控制,应用效果较为显著。The accurate control of liquid supply flow matching is helpful to reduce the failure of mine operating equipment due to hydraulic fluctuation.Therefore,studied the matching control method of liquid supply flow of the pump head of the mine emulsion pump station under the pressure compensation of proportional relief valve.The pump head of the pump station completes all actions within a certain time,and the fluctuation rate of emulsion flow load and energy consumption were taken as the objective functions.The matching control model of liquid supply flow of the pump head of mine emulsion pump station was established.After setting the constraint function of the model,the matching control model was solved by genetic algorithm and the control result was obtained.The experiment shows that the method is more accurate in calculating the current pressure value of the proportional relief valve,can quickly compensate the pressure of the proportional relief valve,can effectively match the liquid supply flow of the pump head of the emulsion pump station,and the application effect is more remarkable.
