摘 要:井工煤矿布置超长工作面能够提高工作面单产、降低巷道掘进率、减少工作面搬家倒面次数、减少资源损失,降低开采成本。通过调研分析国内外超长工作面使用情况,归纳总结实际使用过程中存在的问题,开展刮板减磨降阻、链条张力动态管理、多电机功率协同控制等关键技术研究,显著提升了超长工作面刮板输送机的适应性和可靠性。The arrangement of ultra long working face in coal mine can increase the yield of the working face,reduce the excavation rate of tunnels,reduce the number of times that the working face is moved and overturned,reduce resource losses,and lower mining costs.By conducting research and analysis on the use of ultra long working faces both domestically and internationally,summarized the problems that exist in the actual use process,and conducted research on key technologies such as scraper wear reduction and resistance reduction,chain tension dynamic management,and multi motor power collaborative control,the adaptability and reliability of the scraper conveyor for ultra long working face have been significantly improved.
