摘  要:煤矿井下厚煤层开采过程中极易产生大块煤,可能堵塞刮板输送机,需停机采用风镐或爆破的方法破碎大块煤,工人劳动强度大、安全风险高、严重影响煤矿高产高效开采。针对上述问题,分析研究大块煤堵塞原因和堵塞位置,提出了大块煤卡堵解决方案和大块煤预破碎装置,降低人工清理大块煤的劳动强度和安全风险,提高生产效率。During the mining process of thick coal seam in coal mine,it is extremely easy to produce large block coal,which can block the scraper conveyor,requires to stop the machine and use air pick or blasting methods to break the large block coal.The labor intensity of workers is high,the safety risk is high,and it seriously affects the high production and efficiency of coal mining.In response to the above issues,the causes and locations of large coal block blockage were analyzed and studied,a solution for large coal block blockage and a pre-crushing device for large coal block were proposed to reduce the labor intensity and safety risks of manual cleaning of large coal block,and improve production efficiency.
