摘  要:为实现薄煤层资源的低成本、安全、高效、规模化开采,国内引入等高式采煤系统。该系统结合了滚筒式采煤机主动截煤和刨煤机的链条拖拽牵引特点,简化了采煤机的结构,单滚筒传递的截割功率大,具备较强的局部截岩能力,既可以斜切进刀,也可以垂直进刀,简化了采煤工艺。但是,对于工作面的适应性一般,随层能力不足,需要在合适的应用场景才能发挥其最大效率。In order to realize the low-cost,safe,efficient and large-scale mining of thin coal seam resources,the equal-height coal mining system is introduced in China.The system combines the characteristics of active coal cutting of drum shearer and chain drag traction of coal plough,which simplifies the structure of shearer.The cutting power transmitted by single drum is large,and it has strong local rock cutting ability.It can not only cut obliquely,but also feed vertically,which simplifies the coal mining process.However,the adaptability of the working face is general,and the ability to follow the layer is insufficient.It needs to be in the suitable application scenario to maximize its efficiency.
