摘 要:薄煤层工作面空间狭小、环境恶劣,采用外牵引链驱动可以有效减小机身长度,能更好适应顶底板起伏变化,牵引装置出现故障时便于维修维护。应用LS-DYNA建立滚筒截割煤壁有限元模型并进行仿真提取滚筒所受三向力载荷。以120 m水平工作面、截割速度5 m/min为例,采用ANSYS Workbench计算出牵引链等效刚度,应用ADAMS建立整机虚拟样机模型并进行动力学仿真。分析表明,主机体距离机头越远,左右两侧导向滑靴及驱动链轮承受三向力越呈现非线性增大趋势。The working face of thin coal seam is narrow in space and harsh in environment,adopting external traction chain drive can effectively reduce the length of the machine body,which can better adapt to the changes of the top and bottom plate,and it is easy to repair and maintain the traction device when there is a malfunction.LS-DYNA was applied to establish a finite element model of the drum cut-off coal wall and simulate to extract the three-direction force loads on the drum.Taking 120 m horizontal working face and cutting speed of 5 m/min for example,used ANSYS Workbench to calculate the equivalent stiffness of the traction chain,applied ADAMS to establish the virtual prototype model of the whole machine and carry out dynamic simulation.The analysis show that the farther the main body is from the machine head,the more the left and right sides of the guiding shoe and the driving sprocket are subjected to a nonlinear trend of increase in the three-direction force.
