摘 要:镐形截齿是矿山采掘机械装备破岩落煤的关键性零件及易损件。针对影响镐形截齿截割效率的三方面因素:截齿材质、截齿外形和截齿排布,进行分析并提出相关建议。截齿材质方面通常采用熔覆耐磨层、调整碳化物颗粒度及钴粉比例、复合材质等方式提高截齿性能。分析了截齿不同部位的高度、直径、角度在截割煤岩时发挥的不同作用。总结了截齿排布因素中打击角、螺旋线、截割直径的参数范围以及对截割效率的影响。研究结果对于提高截齿的使用寿命、降低截齿消耗量、减少开采成本具有一定的理论和实际意义。The pick-shaped cutter is a key component and vulnerable part of mining machinery equipment for rock breaking and coal falling.Analyzed and proposed relevant suggestions for the three factors that affect the cutting efficiency of pick-shaped cutter:pick material,pick shape,and pick arrangement.In terms of cutting material,methods such as melting wear-resistant layers,adjusting carbide particle size and cobalt powder ratio,and composite materials are usually used to improve cutting performance.Analyzed the different roles played by the height,diameter,and angle of different parts of the pick in cutting coal and rock.Summarized the parameter ranges of impact angle,helix,and cutting diameter in the factors of pick arrangement,as well as their impact on cutting efficiency.The research results have certain theoretical and practical significance for improving the service life of pick,reducing pick consumption,and decreasing mining costs.
