摘 要:液压支架的表面处理工艺作为高可靠长寿命液压支架的关键技术之一,已经成为煤矿开采的一个重要研究课题。通过各种实验研究及实际使用效果总结,对液压支架油缸外圆、内壁、内脏件、联接件及结构件的各种表面处理工艺进行了具体的讨论分析,提出了各种表面处理工艺的使用环境和适用范围,为高端液压支架的表面处理工艺的选型提供了参考依据。As one of the key technologies of high reliability and long life hydraulic support,the surface treatment technology of hydraulic support has become an important research topic in coal mine.Through various experimental studies and practical use effect summary,various surface treatment technologies of the hydraulic cylinder outer circle,inner wall,internal components,connectors and hydraulic support structural parts were discussed and analyzed in detail.The application environment and application scope of various surface treatment technologies were proposed,which provides a reference for the surface treatment technology selection of high-end hydraulic support.
