摘　　要：选煤技术领域中振动筛是一个重要的生产工具,振动筛的筛网是其中的关键部件。对振动筛中的不锈钢筛网的异形钢丝成型及焊接成型进行了研究,介绍了异形钢丝的质量检测和筛网焊接成型后的处理方法。Vibrating screen is an important production tool of coal preparation technology field,and screen is the key part of vibrating screen.A study was conducted on the profile wire forming and weld forming of stainless-steel screen in vibrating screen,and introduced the quality inspection of profile wire and the processing methods after screen weld forming.
