摘　　要：为了解决现有炮掘岩巷使用简易的前探梁进行临时支护存在的安全系数低、劳动强度大、支护速度慢等问题,研究了一种利用单轨移动的吊式临时支护装置,代替现有前探梁临时支护,实现了炮掘巷道临时支护机械辅助作业移动速度快、支护效率高,避免了空顶作业,改善了支护效果,降低了劳动强度,保障了作业安全。In order to solve the problems of low safety factor,high labor intensity,and slow support speed of using simple front exploration beams for temporary support in existing blasting excavation rock roadway,a suspended temporary support device using monovail crane movement was studied to replace the existing front exploration beam temporary support,which realizes mechanical auxiliary operation of blasting excavation roadway temporary support,fast movement speed,high support efficiency,avoids empty roof operation,improves support effect,reduces labor intensity and ensures operation safety.
