摘 要:针对光散射法呼吸性粉尘浓度传感器易受污染的问题,通过数值仿真研究了呼吸性粉尘流道内的速度场和湍动能分布,找出了传感器易污染的原因及规律,优化设计了光散射粉尘测量单元,通过实验对比了抗污染设计前后传感器的性能差异,并定量分析了其抗污染能力。结果表明:优化后的光散射呼吸性粉尘浓度传感器免维护周期提升了约2.9倍。Aiming at the problem of susceptibility to pollution in respiratory dust concentration sensor using light scattering method,numerical simulations were conducted to investigate the velocity field and distribution of turbulent kinetic energy within the respiratory dust flow channel.Identified the reasons and patterns behind sensor pollution susceptibility.The optimization design was performed on the light scattering dust measurement unit.Experimental comparisons were made between the sensor performance before and after anti pollution design,with a quantitative analysis of its anti-pollution capability.The results show that the optimized light scattering respiratory dust concentration sensor exhibits an approximately 2.9 times increase in maintenance free period.
