摘  要:针对大倾角俯采工作面工况,由于该类型工作面地质条件复杂多变,且井下断层较多,煤层开采赋存的不平衡变化大,煤层俯采角度较大。通过实际案例情况分析,完成采煤机一系列的优化设计,主要包括对采煤机支撑滑靴组件、导向滑靴组件结构的改造,从而有效减少了设备故障率和维修成本,增加了经济效益,提高了生产效率。For the working conditions of large dip mining face,due to the complex and variable geological conditions of this type working face,as well as the numerous underground faults,there is a large imbalance in the occurrence of coal seam mining,the angle of coal seam mining is relatively large.Through actual case analysis,a series of optimization designs for the shearer have been completed,mainly including the transformation of the supporting shoe and guiding shoe components of the shearer,which effectively reduces equipment failure rates and maintenance costs,increases economic benefits,and improves production efficiency.
