摘  要:为确保监测传感器在上向大倾角钻孔内稳步推送与有效安装固定、提升监测效果并保障作业安全,研制了上向大倾角钻孔内监测传感器安装固定装置,采用子弹头式导向结构与弹簧+尖头倒爪的固定结构。应用结果表明:配置该装置后监测传感器在上向大倾角钻孔内实现了定向推送,推送过程中无下坠情况,确保了作业安全;传感器安装完成后最大滑动距离仅为0.06 m,实现了监测传感器全耦合式固定与有效安装。该装置优化了传感器孔内安装工艺并节约了生产成本,为确保煤岩动力灾害超前在线监测效果提供了支撑。In order to ensure the steady push and effective installation of the monitoring sensor in upward big dip hole,improve the monitoring effect and ensure the safety of the operation,developed an installation and fixing device for monitoring sensor in upward big dip hole,which uses a bullet type guide structure and a fixed structure of spring+pointed reverse claw.The application results show that the monitoring sensor equipped with this device achieves directional push in the upward big dip hole,there was no drop during the push,and ensures safe operation.The maximum sliding distance of the sensor after installation is 0.06 m,which realizes the fully coupled fixation and effective installation of the monitoring sensor.This device can optimize the installation process of sensor in hole and save production cost,and provides support for ensuring the advanced online monitoring effect of coal and rock dynamic disaster.
