摘 要:针对当前煤矿井下带式运输系统存在的不足,利用自动控制、智能传感、人工智能及物联网等技术,研发了基于AI和数字孪生的煤矿料流运输智能管控系统,介绍了该系统的总体设计方案、组成及功能。实际应用表明,该系统设计合理,功能完善,减少了带式输送机故障,提高了运输效率,达到了管、控、监一体化及减员增效的目的。In view of the shortcomings of the current coal mine underground belt transportation system,the intelligent management and control system for coal mine material flow transportation based on AI and digital twin was developed by using automatic control,intelligent sensing,artificial intelligence and Internet of things technologies,and the overall design scheme,the composition and function of this system were introduced.The practical application shows that the system is reasonably designed and functional,which reduces the faults of the belt conveyor,improves the efficiency of transportation,and achieves the purpose of integrating management,control and supervision,reducing staff and increasing efficiency.
