基于模糊综合评价模型的水库综合效益评价研究

摘　　要：对水库进行综合效益评价,对于指导水库的规划、建设和管理具有重要意义。目前的水库综合效益评价研究主要是针对大型水库,因此研究以铁岗水库为研究对象,提出一种基于模糊综合评价模型的水库综合效益评价研究方法。结果显示,基于模糊综合评价方法对水库综合效益进行评价表现出良好的性能,水库效益的评分值均为80分以上。研究提出的方法可以有效提升水库综合效益,促进水库的合理开发与保护。Comprehensive benefit evaluation of reservoirs is of great significance for guiding the planning,construction,and management of reservoirs.Due to the current research on comprehensive benefit evaluation of reservoirs mainly focusing on large reservoirs,this study takes Tiegang reservoir as the research object and proposes a research method for comprehensive benefit evaluation of reservoirs based on a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.The results show that the research based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method has shown good performance in evaluating the comprehensive benefits of reservoirs,and the evaluation values of reservoir benefits are all above 80 points.The methods proposed in the study can effectively enhance the comprehensive benefits of reservoirs and promote the rational development and protection of reservoirs.
