摘 要:为了保障区域农业生产安全,研究引入智能化测水量水设备在引黄灌区农业节水工程中,并建立综合应用效益评价体系。结果显示,在2021-2023年中,社会效益增长更快,平均年增长率34.3%;而生态效益从2019年的0.198增加至2023年的0.882,在引进智能设备后的2021-2023年的增长速率显著提升。智能化测水量水设备应用在引黄灌区农业节水工程两年后,社会、经济、生态与综合效益的评价等级均位优秀。研究表明,智能设备能有效缓解区域的水资源供需矛盾。In order to ensure the safety of regional agricultural production,this study introduces intelligent water measuring equipment in the agricultural water-saving project of the Yellow River irrigation area,and establishes a comprehensive application benefit evaluation system.The research results indicate that from 2021 to 2023,social benefits have grown faster,with an average annual growth rate of 34.3%;the ecological benefits increased significantly from 0.198 in 2019 to 0.882 in 2023,with a significant increase in growth rate from 2021 to 2023 after the introduction of smart devices.Two years after the application of intelligent water measuring equipment in the agricultural water-saving project in the Yellow River irrigation area,the evaluation level of social,economic,ecological,and comprehensive benefits is excellent.The above results indicate that smart devices can effectively alleviate the supply-demand contradiction of regional water resources.
