摘 要:针对小型农田水利灌溉建设,以山西省洪洞县某小型农田灌区为例,分析微灌等3种水利建设技术的优缺点,经综合考量,选择微灌技术作为灌溉基础,设计最大净灌水定额等参数。同时,针对小型农田灌溉存在的问题与管理维护策略进行分析,并利用层次分析等方法,搭建综合指标体系。结果显示,水利建设前后两年的综合指标得分提升92.74%;优化水利建设后的两年内,得分提升5.3%。表明研究提出的微灌水利优化建设技术,具有较高的可靠性。For the construction of small farmland water conservancy irrigation,a small farmland irrigation district in Hongdong county,Shanxi province was studied as an example.The advantages and disadvantages of micro-irrigation and three other water conservancy construction technologies were analyzed,and micro-irrigation technology was selected as the basis of irrigation in a comprehensive consideration,and parameters such as the maximum net irrigation quota were designed.Subsequently,the problems and management and maintenance strategies of small farmland irrigation were analyzed.And a comprehensive index system was built using hierarchical analysis and other methods.The results showed that the score of the comprehensive indexes before and after the two years after the water conservancy construction was improved by 92.74%,and the score was improved by 5.3%in the two years after the optimization of the water conservancy construction.Therefore,the micro-irrigation water conservancy optimization construction technology proposed by the study has high reliability.
