摘  要:针对水运工程中大体积混凝土结构的温度控制和热应力管理,研究使用活性氧化镁以改善混凝土的性能。通过合理选择冷却设备和浇筑时间,有效减缓混凝土的温升,同时还可以降低施工造价。结果显示,增强的混凝土性能使结构设计更为经济高效,从而降低整体建筑成本。综合考虑长期维护费用、施工效率和设计灵活性,35%活性氧化镁和6%硅灰的掺量是达到最低总造价的最优选择。Research mainly focuses on temperature control and thermal stress management of mass concrete structures in water transportation projects.The research approach focuses specifically on the use of activated magnesium oxide to improve the properties of concrete.Through reasonable selection of cooling equipment and pouring time,this strategy can help effectively slow down the temperature rise of concrete while also reducing construction costs.The results show that enhanced concrete properties enable more cost-effective structural designs,thereby reducing overall construction costs.Taking into account long-term maintenance costs,construction efficiency and design flexibility,the dosage of 35%active magnesium oxide and 6%silica fume is the best choice to achieve the lowest total cost.
