摘  要:水坝作为南水北调引水工程的关键组分,其施工监理与质量控制好坏具有重大安全意义。基于改进网络分析法与三角模糊数,研究设计水坝安全监测系统评价模型,并选取南水北调引水工程中的水坝实例对模型进行测试。结果显示,该模型在实例上的评价数值与人工评价值的差异,比传统评价方法对应差异小32.6%。同时,基于实例计算结果,对水坝施工监理与质量控制方法进行讨论。研究结果有利于提升我国水坝设施的质量监控水平。As a key component of the South to North Water Diversion Project,the construction supervision and quality control of dams have significant safety significance.So this study designed an evaluation model for dam safety monitoring system based on improved network analysis method and triangular fuzzy number.And select a dam example from the South to North Water Diversion Project for model testing.The analysis results show that the difference between the evaluation values of the model on the instance and the manual evaluation values is 32.6%smaller than the corresponding difference of traditional evaluation methods.The study also discusses methods for dam construction supervision and quality control based on the calculation results of examples.The research results are beneficial for improving the quality monitoring level of dam facilities in China.
