摘　　要：目的探讨活血止痛胶囊联合低温等离子体对胫骨骨折患者术后康复水平的影响。方法选取收治的120例胫骨骨折患者为研究对象,应用抽签法分为对照组和观察组各60例。所有患者均实施切开复位内固定治疗,对照组术后采取常规抗生素进行感染预防,并口服塞来昔布胶囊。观察组在对照组基础上增加活血止痛胶囊联合低温等离子体治疗。对比两组术后康复水平、治疗前后疼痛程度与患肢肿胀程度、炎症因子水平变化及治疗前和治疗后3、6个月的步行功能。结果两组术后引流量无明显差异,观察组住院时间、骨折愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患肢肿胀值、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分明显低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平明显低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后3、6个月观察组步长、步频、步行速度均高于对照组,且两组治疗后6个月高于治疗后3个月与治疗前(P<0.05)。结论针对胫骨骨折患者术后采取活血止痛胶囊联合低温等离子体治疗可提升其术后康复水平,缩短住院时间与骨折愈合时间,同时可改善患者术后肢体疼痛及肿胀情况,降低炎症反应,改善近远期步行功能。Objectives To explore the effect of HuoxueZhitong Capsules combined with low-temperature plasma on the postoperative rehabilitation level of patients with tibial fractures.Methods A total of 120 patients with tibial fractures admitted to our hospitalwere selected and divided intoobservation group and control group randomly,with 60 cases in each group.All patients underwent open reduction and internal fixation treatment,while the control group received conventional antibiotics for infection prevention after surgery and oral administration of celecoxib capsules.On this basis,the observation group was treated with HuoxueZhitong Capsules combined with low-temperature plasma therapy.The postoperative rehabilitation levels,pain level and limb swelling before and after treatment,and the changes in inflammatory factor levels were compared between two groups.The walking function before treatment,3 months and 6months after treatment between the two groups were also compared.Results Therewas no significant difference in postoperative drainage volume between the two groups.The hospitalization time and fracture healing time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the limb swelling value and visual analog scale(VAS)score of both groups were significantly lower,and thosein observation group was significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),and interleukin-6(IL-6)in both groups were significantly lower after treatment,and those in observation group was significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The step length,step frequency and walking speed of patients in the observation group at 3 months and 6 months after treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group,and those of the two groups at 6 months after treatment was significantly higher than those at 3 months after treatment and before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions HuoxueZhitong Capsul
