钝药野木瓜的研究进展及开发利用前景分析

摘　　要：钝药野木瓜是优良的药用、食用、景观三重利用价值的野木瓜属植物,具有很高的开发利用价值。从药用价值、食用价值、观赏价值等方面对钝药野木瓜国内外研究现状进行了综述,发现相较于野木瓜,钝药野木瓜在药用成分分析、药效试验、遗传改良、人工栽培、产品开发等方面的研究都严重滞后,良种种苗、生态栽培技术及药用、食用产品的开发等是钝药野木瓜产业发展的瓶颈,分析并提出了今后研发的重点领域和方向。Stauntonia leucantha is an excellent medicinal,edible and landscape plant of Stauntonia DC,which has high development and utilization value.In this paper,the research status of Stauntonia leucantha at home and abroad was summarized from the aspects of medicinal value,edible value and ornamental value.It was found that compared with Stauntonia chinensis,the research on medicinal components analysis,efficacy test,genetic improvement,artificial cultivation and product development of Stauntonia leucantha was seriously lagging behind,and the bottleneck of the development of Stauntonia leucantha industry was improved seedlings,ecological cultivation technology and the development of medicinal and edible products.The key areas and directions of future research and development were analyzed and put forward.
