摘 要:[目的]在陕西省商洛市植烟区研究氮磷钾3种肥料配施对云烟99农艺性状和产质量的影响,以明确商洛植烟区云烟99的最佳经济施肥量,为商洛烟叶生产提供理论和技术支撑。[方法]田间试验按L_(9)(3^(4))设置9个处理,施氮量分别为97.2、108.0和118.8 kg/hm^(2),施磷量分别为83.7、93.0和102.3 kg/hm^(2),施钾量分别为179.55、199.50和219.45 kg/hm^(2)。[结果]当施氮量为118.8 kg/hm^(2)时烟株干物质积累量最大,烤后烟(B3F和C2F等级)的香气物质总量最大,产量产值和上等烟比例最高;当施磷量为93.0 kg/hm^(2)时,C3F等级烟叶的化学成分评分最高,B2F等级烟叶香气物质总量最大,产量产值最高;当施钾量为199.50 kg/hm^(2)时,C3F等级烤后烟烟叶的化学成分评分和香气物质总量较高,B2F等级烟叶香气物质总量最大,产量产值较高,上等烟比例最大。[结论]施氮量118.8 kg/hm^(2)、施磷量93.0 kg/hm^(2)、施钾量199.50 kg/hm^(2)时,云烟99烟株的农艺性状、烤后烟品质及产质量较优。[Objective]To study the effects of different nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium ratios on the agronomic traits,yield and quality of Yunyan 99 in the Shangluo tobacco growing area of Shaanxi.The reserch would clarify the optimal economic fertilization amount for Yunyan 99 in the Shangluo tobacco planting area and provide theoretical and technical support for its production.[Method]Nine treatments were set according to L_(9)(3^(4))for orthogonal test,including nitrogen application rates(97.2,108.0 and 118.8 kg/hm^(2)),phosphorus application rates(83.7,93.0 and 102.3 kg/hm^(2)),and potassium application rates(179.55,199.50 and 219.45 kg/hm^(2)).[Result]The results showed that when the nitrogen application rate was 118.8 kg/hm^(2),the dry matter accumulation of tobacco plants was the highest,and the total amount of aroma substances in cured tobacco(B3F and C2F grades)was the highest,what’s more,the yield,output value and the proportion of first-class tobacco were the highest.When the phosphorus application rate was 93.0 kg/hm^(2),the chemical composition score of C3F grade tobacco was the highest,the total amount of aroma substances in B2F grade tobacco was the highest,and the yield,output value were the highest.When the potassium application rate was 199.50 kg/hm^(2),the chemical composition score and total aroma matter of C3F grade cured tobacco leaves were higher,while total aroma matter of B2F grade tobacco leaves were the highest,yield,output value and the proportion of top grade tobacco leaves were the highest.[Conclusion]When the nitrogen application rate was 118.8 kg/hm^(2),phosphorus application rate was 93.0 kg/hm^(2),and potassium application rate was 199.50 kg/hm^(2),the agronomic traits,quality of cured tobacco,yield and quality of Yunyan 99 are better.
