摘  要:[目的]揭示扰动空隙对电容式稻谷水分传感器检测精度的影响规律。[方法]基于Ansoft Maxwell静电场分析模块,建立并试验验证了稻谷群粒电容分析模型;基于上述模型,分别对平行极板式、同轴极板式、平面极板式电容谷物水分传感器开展了扰动空隙模拟试验。[结果]稻谷含水率为11.39%~30.30%,群粒表观介电常数随含水率升高而增大,平均变化范围为5.74~41.13;稻谷群粒电容分析模型计算结果的相对误差小于5%,证实了该分析模型的有效性;扰动空隙模拟试验显示,扰动空隙越大,引起的水分检测误差越大;相同扰动空隙下,含水率越大,检测误差越大,扰动空隙分布在不同的位置对检测的影响程度不一样,分布在电容器中电场线越密集的区域,引起的误差越大;此外,模拟试验获得了3种不同类型的电容式稻谷水分传感器的平均检测极差分布规律,表明平行极板水分传感器检测精度受扰动空隙影响最小,同轴极板次之,平面极板受影响最大。[结论]研究结果对优化电容式谷物水分传感器设计、降低扰动空隙引起的检测误差、提高检测精度和可靠性等方面具有参考意义。[Objective]To explore the effect of disturbance gaps on the detection accuracy of capacitive rice moisture sensors.[Method]A rice capacitance analysis model was developed and validated using the Ansoft Maxwell electrostatic field analysis module.Simulation experiments were conducted on parallel,coaxial,and planar capacitive rice moisture sensors based on the model.[Result]Within the moisture content range of 11.39%to 30.30%,the apparent dielectric constant of rice grains increased with moisture content,with an average variation ranging from 5.74 to 41.13.The relative error of the rice capacitance analysis model was less than 5%,the model’s effectiveness was confirmed.Simulation experiments revealed that larger disturbance gaps lead to greater moisture detection errors.With the same disturbance gap,higher moisture content resulted in higher detection errors.Disturbance gaps located in different positions affected detection differently,with areas of dense electric field lines in capacitors exhibiting larger errors;moreover,simulation experiments identified patterns in the distribution of average detection tolerances across three types of capacitive rice moisture sensors,indicating that parallel plate sensors were least affected by disturbance gaps,followed by coaxial plates,and planar plates were most affected.[Conclusion]The research results have reference significance for optimizing the design of capacitive grain moisture sensors,reducing detection errors due to disturbance gaps and enhancing both accuracy and reliability.
