摘　　要：大力推进粤港澳大湾区高校创新创业生态系统构建,有利于促进大湾区完善合作机制,优化跨区域创新发展模式,将大湾区建设成引领创新发展的重要空间载体。通过分析已有研究进展及现状,总结出粤港澳大湾区高校创新创业生态系统建设过程中面临一些核心问题亟待解决,包括创业主体的创业素养和创业能力有待提升、协同共享机制还需完善、创业生态环境失衡及创业主体的创业心理意愿驱动力不足等。从高校创新创业教育体系、师资结构优化、生态系统环境、文化建设等方面提出治理策略。Vigorously promoting the construction of an innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem for universities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is conducive to promoting the improvement of cooperation systems and mechanisms,optimizing cross-regional innovation and development models,and building the Greater Bay Area into an important spatial carrier for leading innovation and development.By analyzing the existing research progress and current situation,it is summarized that there are core issues in the construction of the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem in universities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,such as entrepreneurial literacy and ability,collaborative sharing mechanisms,ecological environment,and student psychological identity construction.Governance strategies are proposed from the perspectives of innovation and entrepreneurship education system,optimization of teacher structure,ecosystem environment and cultural construction in universities.
