摘　　要：为解决电力应急指挥中心运行指挥效率低下的问题,满足电力应急指挥中心运行时高效管理、控制各类智能化系统的需求,详细介绍了电力应急指挥中心对可视化中控系统的需求,分析了在设计可视化中控系统时要注意的问题,提出了设计可视化中控系统的观点。该系统可应用于电力应急指挥中心,具有集中控制处理大屏幕显示系统、视音频矩阵系统、音响系统、视频会议系统、灯光系统和电动窗帘等多个分散子系统的功能,满足电力应急指挥中心对各种设备综合控制的需求,且能够给用户提供友好而便捷的人机界面,达到减少操作工作量、创造良好环境、提高工作效率的目的。In order to solve the problem of low command efficiency in the operation of the power emergency command center and meet the needs of efficient management and control of various intelligent systems during the operation of the power emergency command center,this paper provides a detailed introduction to the requirements of the power emergency command center for a visual central control system,analyzes the issues to be paid attention to when designing a visual central control system,and proposes the viewpoint of designing a visual central control system.This system can be applied to the power emergency command center,and has the functions of centralized control and processing of multiple decentralized subsystems such as a large screen display system,a video and audio matrix system,a sound system,a video conference system,a lighting system,and electric curtains.It meets the needs of the power emergency command center for comprehensive control of various equipment and can provide users with a friendly and convenient human-machine interface to reduce operational workload The purpose is to create a good environment and improve work efficiency.
