摘  要:针对液体散货危化品运输船舶在船闸内可能发生的泄漏事故,采用CASST-QRA软件模拟了液体散货危化品运输船舶在船闸内泄漏引发火灾爆炸的事故场景。结果显示,危险化学品运输船舶在船闸内发生池火灾、闪火和蒸汽云爆炸等事故后果严重,尤其是完整破裂场景下的事故影响范围更广。基于模拟研究,提出了强化船舶安全检查与维护、引入自动化管理手段等建议,以期提升安全管理水平,确保船闸内人员和设备的安全。The CASST-QRA software was used to simulate the accident scenario of a liquid bulk hazardous chemical transport ship leaking and causing a fire or explosion in the lock,in response to the possible leakage accidents that may occur in the lock.The results show that accidents such as pool fires,flash fires,and steam cloud explosions that occur on hazardous chemical transport ships inside ship locks have serious consequences,especially in the case of complete rupture scenarios where the impact is wider.Based on simulation research,suggestions have been put forward to strengthen ship safety inspection and maintenance,introduce automated management methods,etc.,in order to improve the level of safety management and ensure the safety of personnel and equipment in the ship lock.
