摘 要:收集成都区域各类型机制砂,对其各项物理性能进行检测分析。本文针对不同机制砂不同细度模数、含粉量、MB值对混凝土性能以及聚羧酸减水剂的影响进行研究。结果表明配制混凝土时宜选用细度模数2.5至2.7,含粉量13.0%左右,MB值1.5以下的机制砂;配制的混凝土和易性良好,对减水剂掺量影响较小,混凝土经时损失较小,抗压强度较好。探索机制砂不同物理性能对混凝土性能的影响,对于指导搅拌站机制砂混凝土的生产与应用具有重要意义。Various types of manufactured sands in the Chengdu area were collected,and their physical properties were tested and analyzed.This paper studies the effects of different fineness modulus,powder contents,and MB values of different manufactured sands on the performance of concrete and polycarboxylate superplasticizer.The results show that when preparing concrete,it is advisable to select manufactured sand with a fineness modulus of 2.5 to 2.7,a powder content of about 13.0%,and an MB value of less than 1.5;The prepared concrete has good workability,has a small influence on the dosage of superplasticizer,has a small loss over time,and has good compressive strength.Exploring the influence of different physical properties of manufactured sand on the performance of concrete is of great significance for guiding the production and application of manufactured sand concrete in mixing stations.
