摘  要:抗浮锚杆作为建筑工程地下结构中常见的抗浮措施的一种,根据成孔直径大小可分为普通锚杆和扩大头锚杆。本文结合在深圳某项目工程实例,针对高压旋喷扩大头锚杆与普通锚杆在同条件下施工的抗拔承载力试验结果对比,扩大头抗浮锚杆适用性更好、承载力更高、施工质量更可靠及造价更低。此次对比试验证明了扩大头锚杆具有较强的可行性和实用性,在对于同类工程具有参考借鉴意义。Anti floating anchor rods,as a common anti floating measure in underground structures of construction projects,can be divided into ordinary anchor rods and underreamed anchor rods based on the diameter of the borehole.This article combines a project example in Shenzhen to compare the results of the pull-out bearing capacity test between high-pressure rotary jet underreamed anchor and ordinary anchor under the same conditions.The underreamed anti floating anchor has better applicability,higher bearing capacity,more reliable construction quality,and lower cost.This comparative experiment has proven that the underreamed anchor rod has strong feasibility and practicality,and has reference significance for similar projects.
