摘 要:随着全球气候变化的加剧和能源危机的日益严重,近零能耗建筑已成为未来建筑发展的重要方向。本文聚焦于夏热冬暖地区,探讨外墙传热系数对近零能耗居住建筑能耗性能的影响。通过模拟分析和经济性分析,揭示了外墙传热系数与建筑能耗、全生命周期成本之间的关系,为夏热冬暖地区近零能耗居住建筑的设计和优化提供了理论依据和实用指导。With the aggravation of global climate change and the increasing severity of energy crisis,near-zero-energy buildings have become an important direction of future building development.This paper focuses on the hot summer and warm winter area,and discusses the influence of heat transfer coefficient of exterior wall on energy consumption performance of near-zero energy consumption residential buildings.Through simulation analysis and economic analysis,the relationship between external wall heat transfer coefficient and building energy consumption,life cycle cost is revealed,it provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for the design and optimization of near-zero energy consumption residential buildings in hot summer and warm winter areas.
