摘　　要：为了提升公共建筑工程项目的管理效率和质量,本文首先介绍了项目概况,随后建立了公共建筑工程项目管理成熟度模型。在此基础上,文章详细分析了工程项目管理成熟度的评价指标体系,通过层次化细化评价,确保了评价体系的全面性和准确性。通过构建这一评价体系,可以有效评估项目管理过程中的成熟度水平,进而为项目管理提供科学的指导依据。研究结果表明,所建立的公共建筑工程项目管理成熟度评价体系能够有效地衡量项目管理的成熟度,并为提升项目管理水平提供了可行的路径。这一研究成果对于优化公共建筑工程项目管理流程、提高项目成功率具有重要的指导意义。In order to improve the management efficiency and quality of public building engineering projects,this article first introduces the project overview,and then establishes a maturity model for public building engineering project management.On this basis,the article provides a detailed analysis of the evaluation index system for the maturity of engineering project management.Through hierarchical refinement of evaluation,the comprehensiveness and accuracy of the evaluation system are ensured.By constructing this evaluation system,the maturity level in the project management process can be effectively evaluated,providing scientific guidance for project management.The research results indicate that the established maturity evaluation system for public building project management can effectively measure the maturity of project management and provide a feasible path for improving project management level.This research achievement has important guiding significance for optimizing the management process of public construction projects and improving project success rates.
