摘 要:为了提升EPC(Engineering,Procurement,Construction)模式下建筑项目的管理效率,以项目应用为例构建了建筑项目组织协同架构,详细探讨了EPC模式下建筑项目管理在过程、资源和信息三方面的协同机制。通过过程管理的标准化与衔接、资源的优化配置与高效利用以及信息的全面收集与实时共享,提出了协同管理的关键策略。研究结果表明,这些协同策略能显著提高建筑项目的执行效率和管理质量,为EPC模式下建筑项目管理提供了有力的理论支持和实践指导。In order to improve the management efficiency of construction projects under EPC(Engineering,Procurement,Construction)mode,a collaborative architecture for construction project organization was constructed as an example of project application.The collaborative mechanism of construction project management in process,resources,and information under the EPC mode was discussed in detail.This article proposes key strategies for collaborative management through standardization and integration of process management,optimized allocation and efficient utilization of resources,and comprehensive collection and real-time sharing of information.The research results indicate that these collaborative strategies can significantly improve the execution efficiency and management quality of construction projects,providing strong theoretical support and practical guidance for construction project management under the EPC mode.
