地铁运营事故原因分析与管理对策研究

摘　　要：为缓解交通压力,大中型城市建立了相对完善的地铁网络,改善了出行条件,创造了良好的经济与社会效益。我国地铁运营理论越来越成熟,积累了大量工作经验,但受环境、操作、气候及其他不可控因素影响,地铁运营事故时有发生,造成人员伤亡、经济损失。为提高地铁运营水平,有关单位需要强化运营管理,创新管理理念及方式。基于此,本文分析了地铁运营事故致因,提出了运营管理的可行性策略,以期为实际工作提供参考与借鉴。In order to alleviate traffic pressure,large and medium-sized cities have established relatively complete subway networks,improved travel conditions,and created good economic and social benefits.China's subway operation theory is becoming more and more mature,and a lot of work experience has been accumulated,but due to the influence of environment,operation,climate and other uncontrollable factors,subway operation accidents occur from time to time,resulting in certain casualties and economic losses.In order to improve the operation level of the subway,the relevant units need to strengthen operation management and innovate management concepts and methods.Based on this,this paper analyzes the causes of subway operation accidents and puts forward feasible strategies for operation management,in order to provide reference and reference for practical work.
