摘 要:为了探究AMEP蛋白对低温冷害胁迫下玉米幼苗生理代谢的影响,对两叶一心时期玉米幼苗的叶面喷施0.1 mg·mL^(-1)AMEP蛋白,24 h后进行低温冷害胁迫,温度0~4℃,持续时间6 h,胁迫结束24 h对玉米幼苗的形态指标、地上部与地下部生物量、膜损伤指标、渗透调节物质、抗氧化酶活性进行测定。结果表明:在AMEP蛋白的作用下,玉米幼苗的形态指标和有机物质积累显著增加,AMEP蛋白组比对照株高、根长分别提升23.7%和29.5%,地上部干质量与鲜质量分别提升39.3%和53.2%,地下部干质量与鲜质量分别提升64.4%和63.9%;低温冷害胁迫对其细胞膜的损伤明显降低,超氧阴离子含量、过氧化氢含量、丙二醛含量、相对电导率分别降低36.5%、23.4%、43.8%、26.1%,细胞内渗透压得到平衡,并且幼苗的抗氧化酶活性提升;可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、脯氨酸含量、SOD活性、POD活性、CAT活性、APX活性分别提升25.2%、46.1%、26.4%、28.6%、8.3%、22.8%、28.7%。综上所述,AMEP蛋白可以有效提升玉米幼苗的抗逆性,从而降低低温冷害胁迫对玉米幼苗的损害。To explore the effect of AMEP protein on the physiological metabolism of maize seedlings under low-temperature stress,maize seedlings at two-leaf and one-heart stage were sprayed with 0.1 mg·mL^(-1) AMEP protein.After 24 hours,the seedlings were treated with low-temperature stress at 0-4℃for 6 hours.Then the morphological parameter,aboveground and belowground biomass,membrane damage indexes,osmoregulation substance,and antioxidant enzyme activities were measured 24 hours after the stress was removed.The results showed that the morphological parameter and organic matter accumulation increased significantly.Compared with the control group,the plant height and root length increased by 23.7%and 29.5%.The dry weight and fresh weight of the aboveground parts increased by 39.3%and 53.2%,and the dry weight and fresh weight of the belowground parts increased by 64.4%and 63.9%.The damage to cell membranes caused by low-temperature stress was significantly reduced,with superoxide anion content,hydrogen peroxide content,malondialdehyde content,and relative conductivity decreased by 36.5%,23.4%,43.8%,and 26.1%,respectively.The intracellular osmotic pressure was balanced,while the activity of antioxidant enzymes was also enhanced.The contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein and proline increased by 25.2%,46.1%,26.4%.The activities of SOD,POD,CAT,and APX increased by 28.6%,8.3%,22.8%and 28.7%,respectively.In conclusion,AMEP protein can effectively enhance the stress resistance of maize seedlings,thereby reducing the damage caused by low-temperature stress.
