线路缺口、凸起、补线对信号传输线电性能影响的研究

摘  要:随着信号传输频率的提高,传输线的信号完整性的问题已经越来越凸显。针对印制电路板(PCB)线路缺口、线路凸起、补线对信号传输线电性能的影响展开研究。结果表明少量的线路缺口、凸起对传输线的阻抗、插入损耗及回波损耗影响不大,但随着缺口、凸起的数量增加,逐渐对回波损耗产生影响,且无论是线路开路还是线路缺口只要经过补线处理后,阻抗均会出现异常突变且变小,随着补线点数的增加,补线对插入损耗和回波损耗的影响逐渐增大。With the increase of signal transmission frequency,the problem of signal integrity of transmission lines has become more and more prominent.In this paper,the effects of nicks,protrusion,circuit repairing on the electrical performance of signal transmission lines are studied.The results show that circuit nick and open have little effect on the impedance,insertion loss and return loss of transmission lines,but with the increase of the number of nicks and opens,they gradually have an impact on the return loss,and the impedance of both the nicks and opens will show abnormal mutations and become smaller after circuit repairing.With the increase of the number of repairing points,the influence of circuit repairing on insertion loss and return loss increases gradually.
