摘　　要：基于印制电路板(PCB)智慧工厂逐步普及的背景,主要陈述工业互联网在PCB智慧工厂的应用,包括智慧工厂总体框架搭建、重点部门设计方案及应用后的价值分析等内容。希望给布局PCB智慧工厂的同行带来一些参考价值。Based on the popularity of PCB smart factories and the background of the inevitable development trend,this paper mainly describes the application of industrial Internet in PCB smart factories,including the overall framework construction of smart factories,the design scheme of key departments,and the value analysis after application,hoping to bring some reference value to the peers who are laying out smart factories in the circuit board industry.
