摘　　要：针对液晶显示器(LCD)用印制电路板(PCB),为方便后续PCB制程实现更加精确的涨缩管控,从前期生产评审设计就需充分了解客户涨缩管控要求。从制程中板材选择、尺寸安定性控制、涨缩系数优化、制程烘烤及监控流程等对涨缩的影响方面入手,重点阐述了PCB涨缩控制的一些要点及注意事项,以确保成品满足客户最终使用要求。PCB制程按照相关涨缩管控要点执行,可减少尺寸异常,避免出现PCB成品报废造成的不必要损失。From the aspects of printed circuit board(PCB)customer requirements,process design,use of materials,optimization of coefficient of expansion and contraction,the impact on the expansion and contraction of PCB for liquid crystal display(LCD)is analyzed,focusing on some points and precautions to ensure that the finished product meets the customer's final use requirements.
