摘 要:本文通过制备磁性铁-黑茶渣基活性炭,采用控制变量法探究活性炭对企业废水中六价铬离子的吸附特性,并与黑茶活性炭及椰壳活性炭的去除吸附效果进行对比分析。实验结果表明,随着pH值的增加,3种活性炭的吸附效率均有明显下降。当pH值为2时,六价铬的去除率达到最大,高达100%。在较高的振荡速度下,磁性活性炭表面的六价铬吸附量明显增加,振荡速度为100r/min时,磁性铁-黑茶活性炭的去除率高达91%。而当投加量达到1.0g时,磁性铁-黑茶活性炭对六价铬的去除率开始趋于稳定,达到100%的高水平状态。This paper prepares magnetic iron-black tea residue-based activated carbon and explores the adsorption characteristics of activated carbon on hexavalent chromium ions in enterprise wastewater using a controlled variable method.The removal adsorption effects of black tea activated carbon and coconut shell activated carbon are compared and analyzed.The experimental results show that the adsorption efficiency of the three types of activated carbon decreases significantly with the increase of pH.When the pH value is 2,the removal rate of hexavalent chromium reaches its maximum,reaching 100%.At a higher oscillation speed,the adsorption capacity of hexavalent chromium on the surface of magnetic activated carbon significantly increases.When the oscillation speed is 100 r/min,the removal rate of magnetic iron black tea activated carbon is as high as 91%.When the dosage reaches 1.0g,the removal rate of hexavalent chromium by magnetic iron black tea activated carbon begins to stabilize,reaching a high level of 100%.
