摘　　要：本文基于“第二轮义乌市全市工业企业VOCs整治提升行动”的核查工作结果,从工业企业VOCs污染治理的重要性和存在的问题出发,就工业企业的VOCs治理提升技术方案进行了探讨和研究。通过对义乌市范围内工业企业涉VOCs污染的来源分析、VOCs污染治理的现状和存在问题进行探讨和研究,综合运用物理、化学及生物技术等方面的基本原理和技术手段,提出了一套VOCs治理提升技术方案。Based on the verification results of the"Second Round of Yiwu City's Comprehensive Improvement Campaign for VOCs in Industrial Enterprises,"this paper discusses and studies the technical solutions for the enhancement of VOCs management in industrial enterprises,starting from the importance of VOCs pollution control and the existing problems.By analyzing the sources of VOCs pollution in industrial enterprises within the Yiwu city area,and exploring the current status and issues in VOCs pollution management,a comprehensive set of technical solutions for VOCs governance improvement is proposed.This approach utilizes the fundamental principles and technical means from physical,chemical,and biological perspectives.
