摘 要:本文主要研究某耐火材料企业隧道窑余热利用于湿砖坯干燥环节的方式,对隧道窑的结构以及烧制工艺进行了详细的分析,用于指导相类似隧道窑进行余热利用改造。另外针对性分析了隧道窑在余热利用前后对脱硝系统的处理效率的影响。研究表明,在隧道窑顶部热风层进行余热回收能够很好地对窑内制品的均匀冷却起到促进作用,并且进行余热回收后,减少了热量的不必要排放,提高烧结工序的脱硝效率,降低了生产成本,同时提高了企业经济效益。This paper mainly studies the way in which the waste heat of a certain refractory material enterprise's tunnel kiln is used for the drying process of wet bricks.A detailed analysis of the structure and firing process of the tunnel kiln is conducted to guide the transformation of waste heat utilization in similar tunnel kilns.In addition,a targeted analysis was conducted on the impact of tunnel kiln on the treatment efficiency of the denitrification system before and after waste heat utilization.This study shows that waste heat recovery in the hot air layer at the top of the tunnel kiln can effectively promote the uniform cooling of products in the kiln.After waste heat recovery,unnecessary heat emissions are reduced,the denitrification efficiency of the sintering process is improved,production costs are reduced,and the economic benefits of the enterprise are enhanced.
