摘 要:为了探究铁屑碳酸钙耦合除磷工艺在农村生活污水处理中除磷的最佳条件,本文试验了在静态条件下,铁屑、碳酸钙的最佳配比量和最适投加量,以及不同初始总磷浓度废水对除磷效果的影响。以静态试验结果作为参考进行了工程实例应用,竣工通水后在动态流水中进一步探究了该方法作为A/O工艺后端单独除磷单元的除磷效果,得到了铁屑碳酸钙耦合工艺在去除农村生活污水中磷的最佳条件。结果显示,对于总磷浓度为2~9mg/L的含磷农村生活污水,投加铁屑、碳酸钙比为9:1,水力停留时间3h,总磷的去除率可达到85%。This study aims to investigate the optimal conditions for phosphorus removal in rural domestic sewage treatment using the iron filings-calcium carbonate coupled process.Static experiments were conducted to determine the optimal ratio and dosage of iron filings and calcium carbonate,as well as to assess the impact of different initial total phosphorus concentrations on phosphorus removal efficiency.Based on the static experimental results,an engineering application case study was carried out.After the project was completed and operational,the phosphorus removal efficiency of this method as a standalone phosphorus removal unit following the A/O process was further investigated under dynamic flow conditions.The optimal conditions for phosphorus removal in rural domestic sewage using the iron filings-calcium carbonate coupled process were obtained.The results indicate that for rural domestic sewage with total phosphorus concentrations ranging from 2 to 9 mg/L,a ratio of 9:1 for iron filings to calcium carbonate and a hydraulic retention time of 3 hours can achieve a phosphorus removal efficiency of up to 85%.
