摘 要:叠合板在混凝土浇筑过程会产生叠合面处脱空、裂纹等缺陷从而导致构件整体可靠性降低,影响建筑主体安全性能。本文基于Lamb波的改进时间反转法,将其应用于叠合板的叠合面缺陷检测研究,分析了该方法在钢筋桁架混凝土叠合板模型的适用性。首先确定了模型的运行条件并根据缺陷模型运行情况,提出了有效信号的提取方法及损伤指标,进而,通过设置不同深度的缺陷工况并对聚焦信号进行对比分析,由此识别构件的损伤程度。研究表明,本文建立的损伤指标与预设缺陷深度呈现明显的相关性和敏感性,且该方法的应用将能够准确识别叠合板叠合面缺陷位置及程度,具有良好的工程应用前景。Some defects such as voids and cracks might occur at the composite interface in the concrete casting process of composite slabs,reducing the component's overall reliability and compromising the structural safety.This study investigates the application of an improved time-reversal method based on Lamb waves for detecting interface defects in composite slabs,specifically in a reinforced truss concrete composite slab model.Firstly,the operating conditions of the model were determined,and an effective signal extraction method and damage indicators were proposed based on the defect model's operational status.Subsequently,defects of varying depths were set,and the focusing signals were compared and analyzed to identify the extent of the damage.The research demonstrates a significant correlation and sensitivity between the established damage indicators and the preset defect depths.Moreover,this method can accurately identify the location and severity of interface defects in composite slabs,showing promising engineering application prospects.
