摘 要:高压喷射注浆在软土地层中会产生显著的挤压效应,控制和利用高压喷射注浆挤压效应有重要意义。引用高压喷射挤压效应圆孔扩张分析模型,提出面积置换率暂估计算公式,对比分析两个现场试验案例实测结果与理论计算结果,验证理论模型的适用性,研究软土地层高压喷射注浆挤压效应发展变化规律。模型计算与现场实测所揭示的挤压效应变化规律基本一致,表现为随着与高压喷射中心点水平距离的增加土层径向位移、超孔隙水压力及土层应力均逐渐减小,减小速率呈由大变小的状态。研究还表明挤压效应的影响距离与地层性质和面积置换率有关,土层饱和度的提升会提高挤压效应超孔隙水压力在总应力中的占比,提出了高压喷射注浆挤压效应控制和利用措施建议,为相关研究和工程应用提供参考。High pressure jet grouting can produce significant squeezing effect in soft soil layers,and controlling and utilizing the squeezing effect of high-pressure jet grouting is of great significance.Quoting the analysis model of circular hole expansion caused by high-pressure jet grouting,a temporary calculation formula for area replacement rate is proposed.The measured results and theoretical calculation results of two on-site test cases are compared and analyzed to verify the applicability of the theoretical model.The development and variation law of high-pressure jet grouting squeezing effect in soft soil layers is studied.The variation law of the squeezing effect revealed by the model calculation and on-site measurement is basically consistent,manifested as a gradual decrease in the radial displacement of the soil layer,excess pore water pressure,and soil stress with the increase of the horizontal distance from the high-pressure injection center point,and the rate of decrease shows a decreasing trend.The study also showed that the influence distance of the squeezing effect is related to the geological properties and area replacement rate.The increase in soil saturation will increase the proportion of excess pore water pressure in the total stress caused by squeezing effect.Suggestions for controlling and utilizing the squeezing effect of high-pressure jet grouting were proposed,providing reference for related research and engineering applications.
